Location / Description: Upscale art deco hotel in a beautiful beachfront location amid South Beach attractions and nightlife.

Applies for all Arrivals: Please be informed that the hotel is undergoing renovation from now until April 2018. The hotel is adding 3 new restaurants on property, renovation on Starbucks, and a brand new spa and fitness center. The construction takes place during weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with possible light work during certain weekends. Guest will not be placed to guestrooms closed to the renovation. The new spa and gym is expected to open on October 6, 2017. The Azabu (Japanese grill & sushi bar) opening date is on October 16, 2017 and Starbucks is on November 1, 2017. The Deco Blue will be converted into a Beach Club and will close on September 11, 2017 and reopens on April 2018. <br> Children share existing bedding; If you require an extra bed, this is subject to availability and additional charges will apply.
